July 16 - Berries for Breakfast

My Aunt Joyleen gave us some raspberry starts early this Spring (and when I say some I mean a garden full). I have wanted them for the last couple of years but the timing has never worked out. This year she filled up our trunk and we brought them home for planting. We weren't sure if we would get any actual raspberries since it can take a couple of years but we were pleasantly surprised to see the berries start to grow. No one was more pleased than Jonathan. We would go out in the morning and eat our fill for breakfast. Fresh picked berries for breakfast... we were in heaven! Thank you Aunt Joyleen and Uncle Max!!!
