And play we did. Over Halloween weekend Michael headed off to Sacramento with his two sisters, leaving Kenneth (my brother-in-law married to Michael's sister Amy) and myself all alone. After dropping our spouses off at the airport we decided to drown our sorrows by dressing up, going bowling and then dancing the night away at friend Sarah's party. It would have been more fun with Michael and Amy but we tried to make due.
