Saturday we went out with our realtor, Susan, to look at a house. As we left the first house, she told us that there was another house that we might be interested in that just came on the market today, meaning Saturday. So we headed over there and decided that we really liked it. We had her prepare the paperwork for it and we signed it all that night. We received back a counteroffer from the sellers and Monday morning we sent in the acceptance. So we are now back in the game. Another round of inspections and due diligence and other such fun things. Nice, quiet tree-lined street. Huge front porch. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom - all large, at least for this area. Large, open living room to dining room to kitchen. Full unfinished basement, but quite clean for a basement. Really nice back yard with large patio, grassy area, gated area for the dog that we will not have, and a gated garden with tomatoes already planted (but they are taking the cages with them -- oh well). One-car garage, but room for about 4 cars on the driveway. HUGE tree - seriously, about 6 feet in diameter.

YES! I LOVED this house by the way! Kenneth and I are slightly jealous...but only slightly. Can we have a BBQ in your backyard??
