We finally bought a new car seat for The Kid. It really is the one thing that we must have before the hospital will let us leave with him. So, since we finally have this, he can come whenever he wants...We're ready! 
Well, I don't think that we ever really will be ready, but we do have a car seat. Though it is still in the box.
