Since this is so late, some three weeks after the fact, I am just going to fly through a few things over the Christmas and New Years Holiday time. And so here we go, starting with Christmas Day:
Christmas Eve and Day. We spent Christmas Eve with Kim's mom. We had dinner with her, then went back home to pack our bags and gather up our presents to give, and then headed back over to spend the night. That next morning we began our first gift-opening event. The rest of the families began to trickle in, each opening a present from Grandma when they arrived...thus creating gift-opening events 2, 3, and 4. For the Prettyman Bunch, the morning was filled with flashbacks of wonderful presents that ended up falling apart and breaking.
We had to leave, though, to catch our flight to Sacramento. Upon arrival at Pa's Palace, we had gift-opening event number 5 with Nathan and Tytus' families. Those that had been there this morning had already opened their presents. It was a crazy day.
